Our Coffee is sourced directly from Colombian farmers, their collection system is 100% manual and the process is natural anaerobic, it allows the controlled fermentation of the coffee in its own cherry. It’s an environmentally friendly process, therefore no water is used in the process and  it helps mitigate the water footprint. Then it goes to the solar drying process, only using sunlight. This process also cares about the environment, they don’t use any type of conventional or current renewable energy, it is 100% natural.
