We accept refunds on purchases made within 30 days since the purchase date. We will not accept any refunds on purchases made 30 days or more since the purchase date.<\/strong><\/p>

In the email please explain the reason behind your request. If you provide us with evidence such as photos and videos for your request. It will help us with making a decision on your refund request.<\/p>

We will notify you once we\u2019ve received and inspected your refund request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. It can take us up to 5 business days to review your request. If approved, you\u2019ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.<\/p>

We will issue a refund for the products\u2019 cost, excluding shipping fees. We will only issue a refund on the products\u2019 cost and shipping fees if we covered the shipping fees.<\/p>
